Due to the current situation that the world is experiencing with the COVID-19 pandemic, Banco de Fomento Angola (BFA) decided to implement extraordinary prevention measures in customer service from next Tuesday, September 24, 2020, as a way to reduce the risk of contagion:
Customer service will be done at Closed Door at all BFA Branches (Agencies, Business Centers, Investment Centers and Private Banking);
In the Business Centers, Investment Centers and Private Banking, the service will be carried out exclusively by prior scheduling, carried out between the Client and his commercial manager;
