The IMF approved the 6th and final evaluation of the Angolan Program, thus releasing the last tranche of USD 748 million, in a total of USD 4.5 billion loaned to the country;

MinFin also made it known that “it will maintain the country's engagement with the IMF (…) on the basis of a Post Financing Monitoring Program”, which excludes a new Program with financial disbursements;

IGAPE opened a tender for the privatization of the State's holdings in Moagem 10 de Dezembro and in Multitel;

Last week, the BNA approved the Banco Económico's recapitalization and restructuring plan;

Angola has reached for the first time more than 1000 cases of Covid-19 in a single day, with 1.163 cases last week.
