Banco de Fomento Angola, SA informs that, by Unanimous Written Decision of the shareholders Unitel (holder of 51.9% of BFA's share capital) and Banco BPI (holder of 48.1% of BFA's share capital) taken on 29 / 01/2020, proceeded to the election of the members of its governing bodies, for the 2020/2022 triennium.
