Update your details and keep your account up to date.



Keeping your data up to date is essential to ensure you benefit from fast, high-quality service.

In addition to protecting your account and transactions from criminal and fraudulent activity, keeping your data up to date is a legal requirement.

When should you update your information?
Whenever there is a change in your personal, professional, or financial information.

What information should you update?
- Identification document (ID card/resident card/passport);
- Tax identification number (taxpayer card);
- Residential or tax address;
- Phone number and email address;
- Professional and financial information.

Why update?
- To ensure excellent service;
- To make your account more secure;
- To avoid account blocking.

How to update?
Access the BFA App and proceed as follows:

1. In the main menu, access the Settings menu and choose the Data Update option;

2. Fill in or update the data in the fields: Personal Data, Address Data, Professional Data, Financial Profile Data, and Data Processing Permissions (as needed);

3. Attach the requested photo and documents (Identification Document and Proof of Address);

4. Once all fields have been filled in, submit the request.

Note: For regulatory reasons, contact details (telephone and email) will continue to be updated in person at the branches.

Alternatively, your data can also be updated at a BFA branch.
