Instruction 4/2020, among other guidelines, allows 60-day moratorium to be granted to clients (individuals and companies) who request it, whose credit operations are eligible and who send a duly signed request to the Bank and explaining (proving, in the case of individuals) why the State of Emergency affected their ability to pay credit.
It is recommended to read the FAQs published on the BNA website and whose link is attached for a better and faster understanding of the 4/2020 instruction.
