Global Entrepreneurship Monitor

GEM Angola 2020/2021

Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) is a consortium of  country teams, primarily associated with top academic institutions, that carries out survey-based research on entrepreneurship around the world. GEM is the only global research source that collects data on entrepreneurship directly from individual entrepreneurs. GEM’s Adult Population Survey (APS) provides analysis on the characteristics, motivations, and ambitions of individuals starting businesses, as well as social attitudes towards entrepreneurship

The new 2020/2021 GEM Global Report spells out how levels of entrepreneurial motivation and activity vary across the world. In doing so, it provides the world’s first evidence-based assessment of the impacts of COVID-19 on levels of entrepreneurship.

The GEM 2020/2021 Presentation Session will take place on June 2nd at the Catholic University Auditorium, Largo das Escolas, at 9am.

Considering the importance that the theme deserves, we will have as a panel theme "The current situation of entrepreneurship in Angola and the post-pandemic challenges".

BFA always present in major events.
